1. What Daytalens is

Daytalens is a one-time, decision-level verdict for founders. You answer a short intake about your business — your customers, your prices, and the move you are weighing — and we use artificial intelligence (large language models) to read your answers against that decision and produce a written verdict and report: one sentence naming what you actually sell, the evidence behind it, and the move that follows.

It is a tool for thinking, not a licensed professional service. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

2. Payment and the guarantee

Daytalens is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges.

• The opening of your verdict — the reframe and who actually pays — is free to read after you complete the intake.
• The full report unlocks for a single payment of the price shown at checkout (currently $5,000).
• Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
• The guarantee: if you answer honestly and your verdict does not hand you at least one insight that changes how you sell, we will build you a second, fully custom verdict at no additional charge. Email team@daytalens.com.
• Any other refund requests are handled case by case at our discretion — contact team@daytalens.com.

3. On the AI, and what it is not

Daytalens uses advanced AI and large language models to read your answers and generate your verdict. You acknowledge and agree that:

• An AI-generated verdict, its reasoning, figures and recommendations may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• The verdict is built from the answers you provide and general patterns in how businesses work — it may not perfectly reflect your specific situation.
• You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on anything in your verdict.
• Daytalens does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or results.
• You assume all risk associated with decisions you make based on your verdict.

4. Your content and ours

The licence you give us: by using Daytalens, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

• Use, store, and process your intake answers and business profile to generate your verdict and report.
• Analyse anonymised, aggregated data to improve the service.

Ownership:

• You keep ownership of the business information you provide.
• Your verdict and report are yours to use for your own business.
• The Daytalens platform, code, models, and methods remain our property.

5. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use Daytalens to:

• Submit false or misleading information to manipulate your verdict.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense a verdict or report without our written consent.
• Violate any third party’s rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, and so on).
• Reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the service or its underlying models.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Daytalens, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service or reliance on a verdict, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or decisions you make based on a verdict.

9. Dispute resolution

• Informal resolution first: contact us at team@daytalens.com and we will try to resolve it.
• Arbitration: if unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration.
• No class actions: you agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Daytalens operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

By using Daytalens, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
